The Glamorgan Spring Bay Council offers a pension remission to eligible pension holders within the Municipal area.
To be eligible for the 2012 -2013 financial year you must be a current holder of a Centrelink Health Care Card, a Pensioner Concession Card, or a DVA Gold Card endorsed as TPI or War Widow - issued by Centrelink or the Department of Veteran Affairs, as at 1st July, 2012.
The other criteria is that the property you will be claiming the pension remission on is your principal place of residence, ie: your only place of occupancy.
If you feel you are eligible you may download the pensioner application form to complete, and return to Council, where you must present your card to the Council representative. This must be done in person.
