SEWERAGE REFORM

You may be aware that effective 1st July 2009 newly created Water and Sewerage Authorities will handle all water and sewerage operations across Tasmania.  Government and Local Government Authorities are currently working through the logistics and technical issues associated with this.  The Southern Tasmanian Council's Tasmania is assisting Council's work through this process and much of this information is accessible via the STCA Website.
